So my whole like, eating healthy thing is really easy since Im not at home and bored.
This is it:
You wake up and you eat something with a lot of fiber, the fiber keeps you full and all that jazz. This way you aren’t starving by second period.
bring something to snack on such as, apple slices or whatever to snack on by like, ten. then your metabolism keeps going and you dont like, starve or whatever
by lunch you wont even be that hungry cause you’ve eaten etc
when you get home eat a snack and then sleep for a while cause you’ve been up for a while now and all.
OH AND, I just noticed that I’ve been going to school now and we’re there for like, what, seven hours? sometimes I dont even bring a water or whatever and thats basically seven hours with nothing to drink which is stupid. so i started bringing a water to school.

How is it possible I have been oblivious to this?
I was looking on some celebrity gossip site at pictures of Beyonce and Amber Rose in a bikini and it suddenly struck me that their bodies look like mine! They have hips, they have thighs!I have been comparing myself too long with skinny white women.
(of course I knew this before, I just got blinded by the mainstream media light again. Or willingly let it happen)
